Business Visa Support
As employment limitations are placed on companies that hire people on business visas (which place no limitations on working conditions) very few companies will act as sponsors. Despite this situation, I's Holdings is currently looking for outstanding individuals to join our team with a view to actively providing business support.
Outline of the Job Offer
■ Positions
Restaurant managers, assistant restaurant managers, cooks (chefs and patissiers), dining hall managers
■ Job Description
Operating and managing a Japanese restaurant and developing staff
■ Application Terms and Conditions
Must have experience working in the restaurant industry. Dining hall managers must have daily conversation-level English skills, and chefs and patissiers must be licensed cooks. Responsible individuals with lots of get-up-and-go are most welcome!
■ Application Deadline
We are continually recruiting for the right people
■ Wages
To be negotiated. Bonuses will be paid based on performance. Restaurant managers and those working in managerial or higher-level positions receive particularly high salaries.
■ Visas
We will provide sponsorship for your business visa. During the trial period, you will work with us on a student or working holiday visa.
■ Requirements for visa support
For Chef :
At least 3 – 5 year Chef experience in the restaurant industry.
An IELTS score of at least 5 on all four components of the test including: speaking, reading, writing and listening.
For Restaurant Manager :
At least 3-4 year experience in the restaurant industry.
An IELTS score of at least 6 on all four components of the test including: speaking, reading, writing and listening.
